BOOKING PROCEDURE
30% (or equivalent to 1 night minimum) of the total amount of the stay
is required for the reservation with balance of your stay due
45 days
prior to arrival date.
Form of payments:
Bank transfers (only locally), US checks,
Bank Draft drown onto US bank (counterpart),
Western Union
(Bill Pay available for U.S. account holders),
Money Gram or
Transfast
(U.S.A. & Canada) and
Azimo for our
European guests.
Sorry...we don't accept credit cards (Panama is not a fully operated
country with PayPal yet and since we don't have a U.S. bank account we can't use
the payment offered by the major advertisement companies we list
with).
Our guests have used this form of payment without
a glitch for the past 11 years...we know it is an inconvenience but we make up for it by
giving you high-end accommodations at a more affordable rate...feel free to
compare us;-)
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A security/damage
deposit of US$250 (US$300 for the Villa) is required upon reception of the keys for any eventual damage or
breakage that may occur during your stay.
Upon check out the amount is refunded, unless it has to be used
partly or fully for any damage, replacement of items found missing
or for extra cleaning.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our
intimate size any cancellation affects us significantly...therefore
we advise you to buy a travel insurance to cover your costs.
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of
$50.00.
For cancellations
between
90 days and 60 days
prior to arrival
date 15% of the
total amount (minimum rate of 1 night) of the rent will be retained
and from 60 days to 45 days prior to arrival date
30% (i.e. the full deposit) of the total amount will be retained.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than
45 days prior to arrival unless we
can re-book the exact same dates - we
will credit you (for a future stay - same amounts of nights) proportionally to the days we manage to re-book (-US$50
cancellation fee)
We don't want to make
money of cancellations but also don't want to be loosing out since
this is our income...you can be assured that we will do our best to
re-book...so the sooner you tell us about the cancellation the more
probability we have to re-book all of your stay!
There will be
no refund for
cancellation of days which are a portion of your stay...or
due to flight delays, cancellations or weather conditions...thank you
for your understanding.
Bank expenses will be retained.
